Basically the situation is the same. Center the bull (see red dot in illustration above) over your correct sight picture. If you correctly apply the position I show you here, your sight picture should be very close - naturally.
You may notice that handgun sights can be quite sophisticated. Often they include high visibility markings for rapid acquisition. Yours may correspond to the illustration, or you may have a box outline, dashes, etc.. The principle is still the same, center the front sight in the window presented by the rear sight, both should appear level.
